Launching in 2017 in
her senior year of high school, Mace self-funded this micro-budget thriller that reached a length of 2 hours, 36 minutes in the director's cut. The edited version was accepted in the Sunscreen Film Festival 2022, as one of only 10 other features selected and with Mace being the youngest director representing a feature at 20 years old. Due to a few copyright obstacles with sound effects and background music, Mace withdrew the film from the circuit to avoid infringement risks. Now being more experienced as a director and contractor, she plans to officially distribute Triggered at the end of 2024.

Mace's second directorial debut was directed the same year her first film premiered. Due to covid and budget set-backs, Cowbird's distribution date is also set for the end of the year, with the goal to begin its festival run in early 2025.

This will be the third feature and highest budget project of Mace's work so far. "Afraid Of Girls" will follow the awkward life of a teenager with no extraordinary skills or mannerisms who is often viewed as "cringey" or dense by her peers.
